With twenty five years of experience designing spaces and selecting and purchasing products for hotel chains and independent owners, Alternate Resources has a fresh and unique approach to every project.

We travel to trade shows, visit showrooms and factories, and maintain a
“hands-on” approach to design direction, trends, colors, and materials for hospitality products. We maintain an extensive library of furniture, fabrics, floor coverings, carpeting, wall coverings, lighting, etc. as well as endless customized selections to meet your financial considerations.

Our design approach is always timeless, and the products we specify are designed for maintenance and high volume usage.

We will work with our client to understand the comparable or “peer”
institutions that the property would like to emulate and then provide a
individualized design concept unique to their property.
