Purchasing Services
Alternate Resources has a professional staff with over 25 years of experience designing spaces, selecting and specifying product, and providing full scale purchasing services for hotel chain properties and independent owners/management. All the products we select are manufactured for the contract marketplace and we keep cost, durability, and maintenance in mind while directing our design work.
We are intimately familiar with the existing products available from all the vendors as well a multitude of sources for custom product. Our scope of purchasing services includes (but is not limited to) the following: casegoods, finish options, upholstery, desk seating, carpet, wall vinyl, floor coverings, lighting (lamps, chandeliers, pendants, and wall lights), bedding, occasional furniture, cabinetry, linens, fabrics, window treatments, bath fixtures, banquet furniture, meeting room furniture, lobby furniture, accent pieces, artwork, photography, and accessories.
